Soh Wan Wei

Founder, IKIGUIDE

Wan Wei currently runs IKIGUIDE: Singapore’s First Mainstream Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Portal (www.ikiguide.com) and heads content strategy at Connectome Pte Ltd (www.connectome.to), a Singaporean-startup specialising in AI and blockchain. She is also a media specialist who has interviewed more than 100 C-Level Executives, ex-presidents, ambassadors and entrepreneurs globally.

In 2017, Wan Wei was the first and only Singaporean selected by the Prime Minister’s Office to helm Finland’s 100th years of independence project. Wan Wei graduated with a Masters in Corporate Communication from Aalto University School of Business and a Bachelor Degree in Economics with Honours from the National University of Singapore.

Andrei Karpushonak

CTO, Xen – Blockchain Enabled Alternative Investments Platform

Andrei is the Chief Technology Officer of Xen, the first-of-its-kind wealth management platform enabling affluent investors to access alternative investments to achieve active returns. He is responsible for the technology and security infrastructure.

Prior to Xen, he was the founder of SolidBitcoin, a blockchain consultancy writing Smart Contracts for clients in Europe, such as Numex Exchange and EQUI. He has extensive experience in blockchain and software architecture for fintechs and exchanges.

Robson Lee

Partner, Gibson Dunn

Robson is a partner in Gibson Dunn’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Practice Groups.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Lee focuses his practice on M&A, corporate finance and capital markets. He has substantial experience in Singapore public company M&A and regularly advises companies on listings with the Singapore Stock Exchange. He represents public listed companies on securities transactions, cross-border M&A and foreign joint venture investments. He also advises local and foreign companies in their funds raising and market flotations.

Mr. Lee has been recommended by Asia Pacific Legal 500 in the categories of Singapore: Capital Markets and Corporate and M&A.
